Develops, maintains, and implements EKPC's training program for Power Delivery Maintenance person - nel.Prepares and monitors the training plan progress of all Power Delivery Maintenance personnel to ensure the appropriate combination of on-the-job training, in-house training programs, and external training sessions are being satisfactorily completed to develop the knowledge and skill needed for progression in the skill-based p
- lan.Maintains documentation and records of training completed by Power Delivery Maintenance person
- nel.Maintains documentation of skill-based testing levels and status within the Power Delivery te
- ams.Develops and delivers in-house training presentations for Power Delivery staff on the operation, maintenance, and testing of EKPC's Power Delivery ass
- ets.Facilitates the development of written work procedures and practices related to the operation, maintenance, and testing of EKPC's Power Delivery ass
- ets.Participates in safety incident investigations and formally communicates lessons learned from those incident investigations to Power Delivery Maintenance st

- ent.Participates in NATF and other training groups to remain current in new techniques and training meth
