The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment, Department of Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering seeks an Administrative Services Assistant Sr. The Administrative Services Assistant Sr supports the department chair, faculty, staff and students with daily business operations. This position coordinates our purchasing, procard, PRD, and travel functions and provides training to faculty, staff and students on these activities. The position reconciles accounts and verifies account balances before purchases. This position coordinates the department HR administrative functions including position postings, payroll, and visa processes. This position is involved with undergraduate and graduate student services including ABET accreditation, SACS accreditation, recruiting and application processing, degree progression, student handbook development, awards, fellowship enrollment and reporting, course budgets and postdoctoral appointments.
