SUMMARY
This essential position will provide low/mid-level support to the management team. This role will work on all aspects of corporate services financial recording, reconciliation and reporting including but not limited to: annual budget, month-end closing processes, account reconciliations, and Accounts Payable and General Ledger processing.ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Monthly Budget to Actual Reconciliation and Reporting
Monthly Financial Services Data Entry related to General Ledger and Accounts Payable Processing.
Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Participation in Annual Budget Creation, Maintenance and Reporting
Monthly Financial Closing Process
Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
The ideal HR Accounting Analyst will have an Associates Degree and typically 1-3 years experience. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Blended experience in analytics and accounting.
JD Edwards, Enterprise One experience is preferred.
Monthly Budget to Actual Reconciliation and Reporting
Monthly Financial Services Data Entry related to General Ledger and Accounts Payable Processing
Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Participation in Annual Budget Creation, Maintenance and Reporting
Monthly Financial Closing Process
