SUMMARY

This essential position will provide low/mid-level support to the management team. This role will work on all aspects of corporate services financial recording, reconciliation and reporting including but not limited to: annual budget, month-end closing processes, account reconciliations, and Accounts Payable and General Ledger processing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monthly Budget to Actual Reconciliation and Reporting

  • Monthly Financial Services Data Entry related to General Ledger and Accounts Payable Processing.

  • Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation

  • Participation in Annual Budget Creation, Maintenance and Reporting

  • Monthly Financial Closing Process

  • Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

The ideal HR Accounting Analyst will have an Associates Degree and typically 1-3 years experience. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Blended experience in analytics and accounting.

  • JD Edwards, Enterprise One experience is preferred.

  • Monthly Budget to Actual Reconciliation and Reporting

  • Monthly Financial Services Data Entry related to General Ledger and Accounts Payable Processing

  • Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation

  • Participation in Annual Budget Creation, Maintenance and Reporting

  • Monthly Financial Closing Process
