SUMMARY

The Corporate Recruiter will be a key stakeholder in identifying, attracting and hiring top talent within the organization. The Corporate Recruiter will manage the candidate process by sourcing, scheduling interviews, and making offers. This individual will work closely with hiring managers across the company to provide top-tier talent.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the recruitment cycle by sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers across the company understand hiring needs.

  • Post jobs to Workday, Indeed, Linked, etc.

  • Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

  • Facilitate candidate offers.

  • Review and assist hiring managers with writing of job descriptions.

  • Attend career fairs, hiring events and networking events.

  • Manage applicant flow in Workday.

  • Develops a recruitment plan for each open position.

  • Implement division recruiting strategies.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for any form of employee complaints. Ensure that applicable policies, forms and hotline number are communicated and available to employees via intranet or other means

  • Conduct investigation as directed by HR Management and/or Legal Department

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for local management and employees regarding LOA case management, including but not limited to; staying abreast of all state and local regulations and proficient knowledge of FMLA and ADA laws, policies, and procedures.

  • Assist management to educate and coach management to ensure their alignment with and practice of the company’s Positive Employee Relations philosophies, culture, policies and daily work interactions with employees.

  • May be required to perform other related duties as the need arises and as directed by HR Management.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience combination. At least three years’ experience in talent acquisition, employee relations or related role. Position requires the ability to understand all aspects of the business and ability to influence all levels of management.

  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System is required.

  • P.H.R. or S.P.H.R. preferred
