Schedule: 3pm to 12am (Mid-shift)

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, identifying and hiring top tech talent to meet the needs of the organization and its clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Leadership to gather details for job requirements, and any other relevant information to ensure alignment

  • Review job descriptions ensuring it accurately reflects the position to attract qualified applicants

  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidates effectively

  • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication and transparency throughout the hiring process

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws in all recruitment activities

  • Leverage data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and processes

  • Provide frequent and regular updates to all candidates ensuring a positive experience through the application and interview process

  • Properly disposition all candidates in the applicant tracking system

  • Provide verbal offers, including salary and benefits packages

  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes to all hiring managers and leadership

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment processes and priorities

  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best hiring practices, relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process

  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to support talent acquisition efforts

  • Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

  • Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, or relevant role, preferably in a fast paced technology environment

  • Deep understanding of various technical domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, data science, cybersecurity)

  • Proven ability to source and recruit top technical talent

  • Strong understanding of technical interviewing techniques and assessment methodologies

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional team
