The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, identifying and hiring top tech talent to meet the needs of the organization and its clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Leadership to gather details for job requirements, and any other relevant information to ensure alignment
Review job descriptions ensuring it accurately reflects the position to attract qualified applicants
Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidates effectively
Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication and transparency throughout the hiring process
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws in all recruitment activities
Leverage data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and processes
Provide frequent and regular updates to all candidates ensuring a positive experience through the application and interview process
Properly disposition all candidates in the applicant tracking system
Provide verbal offers, including salary and benefits packages
Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes to all hiring managers and leadership
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment processes and priorities
Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best hiring practices, relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with other departments as needed to support talent acquisition efforts
Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, or relevant role, preferably in a fast paced technology environment
Deep understanding of various technical domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, data science, cybersecurity)
Proven ability to source and recruit top technical talent
Strong understanding of technical interviewing techniques and assessment methodologies
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
Strong understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional team
