Work Setup: Remote (expected to travel to Hideout in Clark, Pampanga or Sanctum in Quezon City, 2 times a month)
Schedule/Hours: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Weekends off
What does a day in the life of a Brand Coordinator look like?- Provide administrative and project coordination support to the Employer Branding and Creative teams, including the maintenance of trackers, timelines, and project documentation.
- Manage the Branding team’s task list and oversee the timely completion of all deliverables and requests.
- Coordinate and support the execution of in-person and virtual events, including but not limited to job fairs, company events, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Create basic content materials such as video profiles and short-form videos using Canva, CapCut, and similar tools.
- Support the promotion of employer branding content and job openings across platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Administer the company’s Brand Ambassador program, ensuring accurate documentation, waiver compliance, and timely communications.
- Process and monitor the Branding team’s budgets, purchasing requests, and related documentation.
- Attend meetings and discovery calls with partners and assist in research to support campaign development.
- Monitor and manage community engagement channels, including employer review platforms (e.g., Glassdoor) and social media.
- Ensure proper organization of assets, templates, and files to maintain brand consistency and process efficiency.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal coordination, ensuring seamless alignment between stakeholders and the Global Employer Branding team.

What are the required qualifications of a Brand Coordinator?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following roles: Brand Coordinator, Marketing or Administrative Assistant with branding scope, Virtual Assistant supporting marketing or creative teams, Project or Operations Coordinator in a communications-related function.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Docs, Sheets (including formulas and formatting), and Slides
- Skilled in Canva, CapCut, and other content or AI-based tools for basic design and writing
- Content writing - non-nego
- Experience managing both physical and virtual events
- Knowledgeable in key platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Glassdoor
- Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Familiarity with purchasing and budget tracking processes
