The CX Strategy Advisor will serve as an expert resource to internal teams, providing guidance on how to optimize post-sales programs, including onboarding and customer engagement initiatives.
What does a day in the life of a Customer Experience (CX) Strategy Advisor look like?
- Advise on structuring and optimizing onboarding programs to ensure smooth client transitions and successful adoption of services
- Help design and improve customer success and support programs that align with client goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Consult on best practices for account management, renewals and loyalty programs, helping to build programs that foster long-term client relationships
- Participate in client calls or strategy sessions as needed to provide expert insights on optimizing post-sales activities and program performance
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in customer success and post-sales CX
What are the required qualifications of a Customer Experience (CX) Strategy Advisor?
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, customer support, account management, or post-sales operations, ideally within technology or tech-enabled companies
- Expertise in structuring and optimizing onboarding, customer success, and account management programs
- Deep understanding of customer retention strategies and post-sales activities that drive loyalty and satisfaction
- Proven ability to consult and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams
- Experience providing input on Talent Acquisition strategies and hiring for customer success and account management roles
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to recommend improvements to post-sales programs
