What you'll be doing
- Provide high-quality customer support to our Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and online chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and make recommendations for process improvements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous development of customer service best practices
What we're looking for
- Native or fluent Italian language skills, both written and verbal
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer queries
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) and other relevant software
