About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative L1 to join our expanding team at SupportNinja. This full-time role is based in our Manila office, providing an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company. As a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative L1, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our international client base.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide high-quality customer support to our French-speaking clients via phone, email, and online chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous development of customer service best practices

What we're looking for

  • Native or fluent French language skills, both written and verbal
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer queries
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) and other relevant software
