What does a day in the life as an Enablement Operations Specialist look like?
- Manage the master GTM enablement calendar, ensuring the seamless scheduling of live training and events.
- Identify and implement streamlined processes for scheduling and tracking attendance.
- Own management of our LMS SOP adherence, troubleshooting issues, managing Jira ticket queue, new SOP development when necessary, enablement on newly launched features, etc.
- Establish and maintain best practices for adding and managing LMS and CMS content.
- Act as the primary contact for enablement tools, addressing internal inquiries and collaborating with vendors to resolve complex issues and ensure maximal utilization.
- Partner with IT and RevOps to optimize system provisioning processes.
- Collaborate with Enablement leaders to facilitate a standard reporting cadence to share key insights with stakeholders.
- Work with Strategy & Operations Lead and Revenue Operations to build advanced reports and dashboards, integrating data from enablement tools into Looker (or Hex) dashboards.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement projects related to Enablement team operations.
- Partner with Enablement Program Managers on projects on an ad-hoc basis as the need arises.
- Monitor SOP adherence, intervene with solutions when issues are identified.
- Prepare end-of-year wrap up presentations and videos to highlight the work the team has accomplished and the impact they’ve driven.
- With Strategy & Operations Lead’s oversight, ensure quarterly case study process is followed and gather quarterly feedback for continuous improvement.
What are the required qualifications for an Enablement Operations Specialist?
- 3+ years Sales Enablement experience, Program Manager.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to transform broad ideas into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Proven success in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Exceptional organizational, conflict resolution, time management, and project management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative and empathetic approach to tackling complex challenges.
- A history of fostering collaboration across departments to build alignment and drive impact.
- A ‘can do’ attitude, taking initiative to surface opportunities and/or issues when you see them.
- Experience managing or using LMS platforms, Gong, Highspot, CSPs, or content repositories is a plus.
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing reports using tools such as Google Sheets, Looker, or Hex is preferred.
