We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in managing client interactions, providing expert guidance on our AI calling tool, and ensuring our clients can maximize the benefits of our platform.

What does a day in the life as a Customer Success Specialist look like?
- Become a product expert on the AI Calling tool/platform and its integration with GoHighLevel CRM.
- Apply basic prompt engineering skills to create functional and effective AI agents.
- Proactively manage client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction with our solutions; ; Won't be handling a book of business but will be trained to grow into a CSM with a book of business
- Educate and onboard new clients, providing them with the knowledge and resources to successfully use the platform.
- Address client questions and concerns, offering timely and effective solutions.
- Collect feedback from clients to drive continuous improvement of our platform and services.
- Work closely with the development team to communicate client needs and contribute to the platform's evolution.
- Monitor client usage patterns and engage in strategic discussions to enhance their experience and outcomes.
What are the required qualifications for a Customer Success Specialist?
- Basic familiarity with AI including prompt engineering, basic proficiency with GoHighLevel as a CRM tool
- Understanding of and experience with GoHighLevel CRM.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and enthusiasm for innovation in AI voice calling.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
