What does a day in the life of a Senior Data Processing Analyst look like?

• Executes fast, accurate non-voice transaction processing including data parsing, entry, and updating
• Closely follows process workflows implemented by Leaders and Team Manager
• Collaborates closely with Leadership regarding issues or concerns with daily tasks and activities
• Consistently perform with high attention to detail and maintain good written and spoken communication skills
• Prepare VAT return reports and details for tax advisors to complete filings
• Respond to 1099 requests from ClassPass Account Managers (a 1099 is an annual tax form we send to our US studio partners)
• Draft month-end close entries for review
• Assist with account reconciliations, data collection project, and other ad hoc tax and financial projects

What are the required qualifications of a Senior Data Processing Analyst?

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of Netsuite, tipaliti or equivalent platforms required
• 3+ years experience in data processing required with preference of finance department
• Has experience in transaction processing including data parsing, entry, and updating
• MS proficiency , especially Excel (intermediate level, reporting and formula)
• Can start ASAP
