Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Manager Technical Consulting in San Francisco, CA:
Job Duties: Collaborate closely with Delivery Managers, Functional Solution Architects, and directly with clients to architect technology solutions to meet client needs. Design transformational technical solutions and collaborate directly with customers to meet their business requirements in accordance with industry best practices. Lead and mentor the development team on the project. Enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions. Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices, Enterprise Architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture and design, environment management, testing, and Salesforce Platform education. Create application and technical design documents that leverage Salesforce best practices and effectively integrate Salesforce into the customer’s infrastructure. Lead the evaluation of business and technical requirements from a senior level. Provide senior level and final resolutions for debugging, troubleshooting and client implementation issues with Customer Success Group (confirm proper team terminology). Review and correct project and program direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track and solutions extendable and maintainable going forward. Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices and various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Apex; (2) Visualforce; (3) JavaScript; (4) Java; (5) Salesforce reporting and dashboards; (6) Callouts and web services; (7) Aura/LWC; (8) Sales Cloud; (9) Service Cloud; (10) Community Cloud. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices and various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States may be required.
Salary: $175,443.00 - $276,100.00 per annum.
