What you’ll be doing…
We're currently recruiting for a Named Account Executive who will be responsible for driving sales revenue among and maintaining relationships with specified customers within our public sector segment in Indonesia.

The Account Executive will represent Salesforce, demonstrating customer focus while leading all aspects of the sales process and customer relationship from Account Planning, Lead Qualification, and Management through Negotiation and Closing and will play an integral role in the success of the overall sales team. This role is a quota-carrying sales position.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts

  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned with customer business objectives

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.

  • Territory identification and research, to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy and create a qualified target account list within 30 days.

  • Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers

  • Drive growth within an existing assigned account


Required Qualifications:

  • Account Planning and Strategies: Establishes plans to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying opportunities in within the public sector space in Indonesia

  • Research and Discovery: Uncovers a prospect’s current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses.

  • Solutioning: Identifies compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.

  • Customer Communication: Interacting with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using a variety of communication methods (writing, speech, presentation) and tools (whiteboarding, Google Slides, Zoom).

  • Resource Application: Continuously runs toward results using the full capabilities of available resources and tools.

  • Team Selling: Aligns with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

  • Experience selling business applications to the public sector space in Indonesia preferred

  • Sales Methodology Education.

  • Ability to develop cases and service requirements, while crafting and leading strategic alliances.

Account Executive akan mewakili Salesforce, menunjukkan fokus pada pelanggan sambil memimpin semua aspek proses penjualan dan hubungan pelanggan mulai dari Perencanaan Akun, Kualifikasi Prospek, dan Manajemen hingga Negosiasi dan Penutupan dan akan memainkan peran integral dalam keberhasilan tim penjualan secara keseluruhan. Peran ini adalah posisi penjualan yang membawa kuota.


Tanggung Jawab

Mengembangkan hubungan dengan pemangku kepentingan utama pelanggan dan mendorong kepuasan pelanggan di akun yang ditugaskan

Mengembangkan dan mendorong strategi jangka panjang secara keseluruhan untuk akun tersebut, selaras dengan tujuan bisnis pelanggan

Memimpin proses penjualan dari ujung ke ujung melalui keterlibatan sumber daya yang sesuai seperti Insinyur Penjualan, Layanan Profesional, Eksekutif, Mitra, dll.

Identifikasi dan penelitian wilayah, untuk memformalkan strategi wilayah pemasaran dan membuat daftar akun target yang memenuhi syarat dalam waktu 30 hari.

Membagikan proposisi nilai Salesforce untuk pelanggan yang sudah ada dan/atau pelanggan baru

Mendorong pertumbuhan dalam akun yang sudah ditugaskan


Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

Perencanaan dan Strategi Akun: Menetapkan rencana untuk mencapai tujuan penjualan dengan secara efektif mengidentifikasi dan mengkualifikasi peluang di dalam ruang sektor publik di Indonesia

Penelitian dan Penemuan: Mengungkap proses prospek saat ini, tantangan bisnis, dan tujuan strategis berdasarkan kasus penggunaan pelanggan dan hipotesis nilai.

Penyelesaian: Mengidentifikasi proposisi nilai yang menarik yang memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan dengan menunjukkan pemahaman tentang solusi teknologi.

Komunikasi Pelanggan: Berinteraksi dengan pelanggan dengan cara yang jelas, ringkas, dan tepat waktu menggunakan berbagai metode komunikasi (menulis, berbicara, presentasi) dan alat (papan tulis, Google Slide, Zoom).

Aplikasi Sumber Daya: Terus menerus bekerja untuk mencapai hasil dengan menggunakan seluruh kemampuan sumber daya dan alat yang tersedia.

Penjualan Tim: Menyelaraskan dengan kapasitas penuh tim akun dan mitra untuk mendukung kesepakatan dan kesuksesan pelanggan.

Keterampilan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang sangat baik.

Lebih disukai yang memiliki pengalaman menjual aplikasi bisnis ke sektor publik di Indonesia

Pendidikan Metodologi Penjualan.
