The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for supporting our day-to-day business operations, analyzing, reporting, and solving complex problems with data.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.
- At least eight (8) years of progressive roles in database development, data analysis or business intelligence.
- At least five (5) years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry.
- Experience in ETL, data profiling, and data modeling.
Responsibilities:
- Work independently on large technology projects and programs with moderate complexity and scope.
- Perform data analysis from multiple databases and applications to support both day-today operations and key initiatives.
- Extract and format data from pertinent systems based on various business needs, ensuring credibility and relevance.
- Be able to look for improvements to programs, processes, and services.
- Summarize data to draw meaningful business conclusions and research additional data as needed to substantiate results and identify improvement opportunities.
- Communication with business and product partners as well as technology and vendor counterparts during system, process, and workflow/data design.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, become an expert in multiple data sources, and create sustainable solutions for revenue cycle operations.
- Conduct business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level, focusing on quality improvement and data management, ensuring data reliability and validity.
- Identify and document business and systems requirements, assess process and system inefficiencies, and provide and support business solutions.
- Participate in data-related projects, including data standardization and normalization, maintenance, quality assurance, and visualization.
