POSITION SNAPSHOT
The Sales System Executive main responsibility is to support the development and maintenance of digital sales systems and tools. This role is key in building Power BI reports, supporting sales digital initiatives such as eB2B and AI projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of automated sales systems.

The Sales System Executive main responsibility is to support the development and maintenance of digital sales systems and tools. This role is key in building Power BI reports, supporting sales digital initiatives such as eB2B and AI projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of automated sales systems.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Develop Power BI Reports & Sales Systems Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated tools in Power BI and related platforms to meet business requirements and enhance decision-making.
- Support Digital Sales Projects Actively participate in the implementation of digital initiatives such as eB2B platforms and AI-powered tools aimed at transforming sales operations.
- Monitor & Troubleshoot Sales Systems Ensure the stability and effectiveness of sales automation systems. Regularly monitor system performance, identify technical issues, and resolve them promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Proficient in programming language.NET (VB & C#) to develop sales system
- Excellent in Power BI + SQL, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps & Power Automate)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Effective problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
- Service-oriented with a strong business mindset.
