POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

General Duties: The primary role of this position is to organize raw data to present to management and administration for decision-making purposes.

Specific Duties

• Develop and manage data and reports to support corporate decision making.
• Manage and improve existing reporting systems.
• Perform data analysis on a variety of data types (Financial, Healthcare, Quality).
• Develop interactive dashboards utilizing PowerBI.
• Develop data visualization dashboards, graphs, and reports.
• Provide analytic services to stakeholders and project managers.
• Analyze problems and determine root causes using data.
• Develop data models and visualizations utilizing a variety of tools.
• Create custom reports based on reporting need.
• Work on business intelligence endeavors that help executives, managers, and workers make informed business decisions.

Physical Requirements:

The primary portion of work is in a well-lit, ventilated, and air-conditioned facility. It may require prolonged, extensive sitting/standing. The individual must be able to express ideas or exchange thoughts by means of talking, hearing, reading, and/or writing. The individual should have motor coordination, manual dexterity, finger dexterity, eye-hand-foot coordination. This position may include transporting objects, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.

Experience with basic SQL programming, Microsoft Server SQL Server Management Studio, Adobe Acrobat, and Electronic Health Record software preferred.
