The department of Communications & Marketing Production at Morehead State University is accepting applications for a full-time position as a Coordinator, Project Management. The anticipated start date is August 18, 2025.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Coordinator, Project Management is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of marketing design projects. Serves as the primary point of contact and liaison between campus printing services, out-sourced printing vendors, graphic designers, and the customer. Management of project details, schedules, content, design progress tracking and internal customer communications will be the primary responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree and one year of full-time experience in an office environment. Excellent professional and interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Basic Graphic Design skills. The ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies across campus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Computer proficiency. Graphic design skills preferred.

Organizational Relationships
The Coordinator, Project Management reports directly to the Director of Digital and Brand Strategy and works closely with on campus print services and external print partners.
