Advertisement Wording | The Department for Community Based Services (DCBS) Training at Morehead State University is accepting applications for THREE (3) full-time positions as a Trainer I (Protection & Permanency). The anticipated start date is August 1, 2025. Morehead State University is located in Morehead, KY, a designated Kentucky Trail Town, nestled in the Daniel Boone National Forest, in close proximity to Cave Run Lake. This location provides opportunities for a wide range of outdoor recreation activities. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Trainer I (Protection and Permanency (P&P) will create, develop and deliver Protection and Permanency training based on assessed needs using in-house resources as well as those available outside the Training Branch such as universities, experts in their fields, private contractors, etc. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree. Protection & Permanency Program knowledge. Strong organization and communication skills. Two years of experience in Protection & Permanency.
