Lexmark is looking for an experienced cybersecurity information technology professional who can architect a solution to help keep Lexmark and its brand secure, knows technology, build processes, and who can mentor other cybersecurity professionals. This leader will work with various cybersecurity and project teams to make sure policies and controls are implemented and operationalized. They will also be responsible for doing threat models and risk mitigation strategies for various initiatives at Lexmark. This person will be responsible for working with the various organizations daily to balance cybersecurity and operational concerns. They must have a strong ability to communicate and balance competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cybersecurity architecture strategies, policies, standards, controls, and best practices for the organization, and supervise their execution across multiple domains, such as endpoint security, coding best practices, network controls, application controls, email controls, PKI controls and identity controls.
- Explore and evaluate emerging cybersecurity trends, technologies, and solutions, and assess their potential value and impact for the organization's current and future business needs and goals.
- Lead and facilitate the resolution of complex and high-impact cybersecurity issues or incidents, involving multiple stakeholders and disciplines across the organization, and ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities.
- Assess emerging cybersecurity threats, risks, and opportunities, and advise senior management and stakeholders on how to address them.
- Validate IT infrastructure and other reference architectures for cybersecurity best practices and recommend changes to enhance security and reduce risks, where applicable.
- Analyze threat tabletop activities, red team, penetration testers and risk reports to develop risk mitigations.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong network of internal and external partners, including other cybersecurity teams, business units, vendors, researchers, and industry associations, to identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing on cybersecurity innovation.
- Provide technical guidance to the cybersecurity incident response team, and enhance their skills and capabilities in responding to various types of security incidents, such as ransomware, denial-of-service, phishing, data breach, etc.
- Mentor a team of cybersecurity professional(s) and foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team by encouraging new ideas, challenging assumptions, and providing feedback and recognition.
- Be a cybersecurity champion and leader for cybersecurity initiatives and operational processes across all of Lexmark.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Cybersecurity or related field with 10+ years of Information Technology experience with experience as a multidomain cybersecurity SME.
- Excellent organizational, communication, documentation, and project management skills
- Experience with MITRE AT&TCK, ITIL, ISO, NIST Frameworks along with STRIDE, DREAD, or other threat models.
- Expertise in secure coding standards and best practices (e.g. OWASP)
- Knowledge of programming and scripting languages, Python, PowerShell, Jscript, etc.
- Ability to identify and remediate common vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with multiple operating systems and various hardening techniques.
- Have working knowledge and experience with change control practices and experience building solutions in lab/dev environments, producing test cases, etc.
- Expert understanding of modern computing and cloud computing environments with mastery of cloud security concepts.
- Familiarity with various cybersecurity techniques and principles, such as forensics, threat hunting, penetration testing, threat intelligence, identity management, cryptography, cloud security, endpoint security and/or data loss prevention.

- CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional
- CISSP: (ISSAP or ISSEP): Information Systems Security Architecture or Engineering Professional
- CCSP: Certified Cloud Security Professional
