This is an onsite position in Lexington, KY required to be in office 3-5 days a week.

Lexmark is seeking a candidate to fill a full-time entry level position, assisting Finance leadership in the implementation and execution of policies and practices for financial management, compensation, partner programs, budget control, P&L outlooking, and inventory management. Position will require collection, analytics, and reporting of financial data. Ad hoc projects assigned as necessary to support the business and may involve liaising with sales to drive towards achievement of inventory or financial P&L targets. The candidate would drive financial process improvements, system enhancements, and reporting / dashboards development to drive decisions, visibility, and / or sales execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in providing monthly or weekly financial reports.
  • Develops and utilizes spreadsheets, PBI, databases, and other tools to manage financial data and trends.
  • Assists with administrative tasks as assigned to support NA Commercial Finance execution / processes, including but not limited to: compensation, partner programs, budget control, P&L outlooking, and inventory management.
  • Participates and represents Commercial Finance in cross-functional teams.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of NA Commercial Finance processes through data gathering, analytics, process mapping.
  • Other duties / projects as assigned.

Experience and Education Expectations of a Successful Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, with emphasis on Management and Finance preferred.
  • Experience in IT/ Technical products industry and/ or supporting sales constituents is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent relationship building skills - ability to interact and communicate cross functionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced presentation skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and recommendations leveraging all relevant inputs.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Dynamics (D365), Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new data systems such as D365, SAP, PowerBI, Experlogix.
