As a Customer Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency. Must be located in Ohio.

• Interact with customers via phone to assist with inquiries and resolve issues.
• Provide accurate information regarding orders, billing, and other account management tasks.
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Must be located in Ohio.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Continuous learner mindset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Starting Pay: $17/hour
