The Senior Installation Administration Professional establishes and manages relationships with internal and external parties. Coordinates end to end contracting and performance guarantee process from RFP to renewal management. The Senior Installation Administration Professional work assignments will involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of all variable factors.

The Senior Installation Administration Professional for Contract and Performance Guarantee Management creates accurate and timely reporting of implementation data, status, and metrics. Serves as the control point for all contractual requirements & obligations, negotiation, management, and dissemination of information to functional areas. Leads post-implementation stabilization process including oversight of contractual obligations and performance guarantees. Directly influences departmental and sales strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical and financial approach for contractual components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 or more years of Group Medicare knowledge, or similar sales or account management experience
  • Previous contract management and negotiation experience including fluent financial acumen
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leadership, sales, legal, clients and peers, inside and outside the organization, both verbal and written
  • Project or process management experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite to include proficiency with Excel (sort pivot tables, compare excel files systematically, etc.)
  • Ability to utilize analytical and consultative thinking for recommended solution(s) trend identification and suggested preventative actions
  • Ability to prioritize time-sensitive work accordingly

Additional Information

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.

· Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

· Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

· Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

· Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


$71,100 - $97,800 per year


This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
