The Lead Program Manager in experience transformation will oversee and assist in managing several innovative digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional collaboration, performance tracking, and stakeholder engagement. Candidates should have extensive program management experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong focus on user-centered design and digital transformation. This role will manage work assignments involving moderately complex to complex operational issues where the analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. This role will be responsible for providing project/program management, business/strategy alignment, initiative prioritization, operational readiness, and communications support/artifact creation. They will exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments, and they will leverage independent judgement in decision making, requiring minimal supervision.We are seeking an experienced Lead Program Manager to supporting large programs and initiatives for the Experience Transformation group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, a deep understanding of digital transformation, and a passion for enhancing customer experiences in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the vision and strategy for digital experience initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of digital programs, from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Communication and facilitation: Strong presentation and communication skills. Skilled in creating good PowerPoints and being able to articulate complex thoughts into slides.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams including IT, marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to facilitate communication and alignment on program goals.
- User Experience Focus: Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that digital experiences are intuitive, accessible, and enhance user satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Budget Oversight: Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and enhance the digital experience for members and providers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in program management, or 5+ years of program management experience for large scale digital transformation projects, preferably in the health insurance or healthcare industry or consulting.
Strong understanding of health insurance products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and customer journey mapping.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience leading and presenting at meetings
Strong PowerPoint skills for executive communications
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree
2+ years of portfolio/program management experience
2+ years of operational readiness or change management experience
Experience running CCaaS programs, managing workforce improvements, and understanding of budgeting/value realization.
