The Senior Architect in ITDR & Infrastructure Resiliency designs and develops IT infrastructure architecture solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards. The Senior Infrastructure Architect work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Architect in ITDR & Infrastructure Resiliency performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications. Develops specifications for new IT infrastructure products and service offerings. Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

As an Sr. Architect in ITDR & Infrastructure Resiliency, you are on the front line of ensuring design, architecture and solutions conform to the highest standards for availability and recovery. You will engage with infrastructure partners in support of their resiliency testing while keeping your skills sharp in the support and management of our TechLab environment. The role will also engage in our recovery strategies and architecture researching products and best practices and helping define solutions architectures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of Infrastructure Architecture experience.
  • 6 or more years of infrastructure experience
  • 2 or more years of project leadership experience
  • Experience integrating new technologies with existing technologies.
  • Experience implementing technologies with enterprise-wide impact
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in a Technical Field
  • PMP or PMI certification
  • Technology Lab Experience
  • Cyber Resiliency Experience

Work-At-Home Requirements

  • WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs 3download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
  • Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


$106,900 - $147,000 per year


This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
