The Senior Technology Leadership Professional is an integral part of the IT Command Center team. This person would work on prep and execution of Command Centers for go live of new app/infra or business cycles. In addition, the Senior Technology Leadership Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Technology Leadership Professional works with business and IT groups on Command Centers, business bridges, privacy and executive inquiries.

In this role, you would have the opportunity to work with a variety of people including executives on the IT and Business side. This role has the unique opportunity to use technology knowledge and great communication skills to understand the impact IT has on our business, clinicians, and members. If you are a confident communicator with the ability to translate IT vernacular to business partners this might be the role for you.

Utilize effective communication strategies to inform all impacted parties within business and IT prior to, during and after command center operations. Execute on controls established to measure success of a given command center.

Exercises judgment and decision making on moderate issues regarding job duties and related tasks with oversight. Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Monitor command center activities, ensuring efficient and effective execution of processes. Identify areas for improvement and offer solutions to the team with the goal of enhancing operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes

  • Possess 3+ years of working knowledge within IT Operations

  • Understanding of Healthcare business cycles and how those are impacted by IT

  • Ability to confidently and accurately communicate IT work into business-friendly terms

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

  • Must be willing to work on a Hybrid schedule within Louisville, KY.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


$104,800 - $144,300 per year


This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
