The Associate VP, Technology Solutions devises an effective strategy for executing and delivering on IT business initiatives. The Associate VP, Technology Solutions requires a in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across segments and/or enterprise-wide.

The successful candidate will possess proven delivery experience and technical expertise across multiple platforms and will have senior level leadership experience in a complex corporate environment. He/she will be a “disrupter” with a record of driving meaningful change and collaborating effectively with a wide range of internal and external business partners to design and execute strategic initiatives. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the technology and business leadership teams to develop vision and strategy aligned to lead technology strategy and execution for the CAO/HR portfolio including 75+ applications and core platforms.

  • Oversee the enterprise-level strategic investment and modernization roadmap for CAO/HR technology portfolio with a focus on associate experience.

  • Effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders across IT and the enterprise.

  • Enable journey-based interactions for candidates, contractors, associates, alumni, visitors, and other stakeholders.

  • Partner closely with product owners and product managers, strategy teams, enterprise security team, along with portfolio leadership, and supporting IT development partners for building the strategy and executing on the roadmap.

  • Manage large delivery teams and create a culture of high performance and engagement through goal setting, talent development, coaching, and feedback.

  • Evaluate new technology, software, and processes continuously, recommend changes as appropriate and to advance capabilities of the organization.

  • Assess and communicate risks associated with IT investments; Manage risks and assess risks as they come up as related to IT corporate systems.

  • Coordinate and facilitate consultation with stakeholders to define systems requirements for new technology implementations.

  • Build in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across segments and/or enterprise-wide.

  • Makes decisions that are typically related to intradepartmental coordination, development and implementation of strategic plans, and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience with mergers & acquisitions, divesture, and integration activities

  • 15+ years of technical leadership experience with HRIS – preferred Workday, Oracle, SaaS solutions

  • 10+ years’ experience leading large people teams

  • In-depth knowledge of vendor contract negotiations, technology, and risk best practices

  • Strong verbal and communication skills

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

  • Ability to influence peers and leadership teams across the organization

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


$185,700 - $255,500 per year


This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
