Humana’s Marketing organization is seeking a Marketing Procurement Professional 2 that will complete all prcurement and financial tasks related to the Insurance Marketing Team (Medicare, Specialty, Local/Product Awareness, Agent Marketing and Provider Marketing). This is a fully remote role working anywhere nationwide that will require attention to detail and collaboration across several teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.

As the Marketing Procurement Professional 2, you will be accountable for the following:

  • Track Budgets — Maintain accurate spending records, manage invoice processing with vendors and establish measures for budgetary control

  • Submit monthly accruals

  • Create Purchase Orders

  • Enter quarterly projections and actuals for all LOB’s

  • Serve as the main point-of-contact for the marketing team regarding procurement and financial tasks

  • Manage marketing financial accounts (i.e. USPS CAPS Account, Pre-Paid Accounts, etc.)

  • Resolve vendor payment, PO, and other financial issues that may arise

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience

  • 2+ years in a related finance, accounting or procurement functions

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a corporate accounting/finance setting

  • Strong technical accounting skills

  • Healthcare knowledge

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


$57,700 - $79,500 per year


This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
