The Senior HR Solutions Partner supports the human resources function in the implementation and execution of effective human resource policies and practices which help the assigned client group achieve their business results. The Senior HR Solutions Partner work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.The Senior HR Solutions Partner provides expertise through HR consulting and performance management including working with business leaders and associates to solve significant people issues, provides expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, contingent labor including, policy, process & practices, administration, performance management, workforce reductions, etc. Works across multiple Human Resources sub-families including Compensation, Benefits, Strategic Human Resources, Mergers & Acquisition, HR program/policy administration and interpretation, compliance, employee hiring, legal, onboarding, training, records maintenance, and communications to guide leaders and associates in developing solutions. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments while ensuring appropriate documentation and maintaining a case load that meets industry standards of best practices. This role will be primarily aligned to the home health sector, but will assist with other client alignments as business needs necessitate.

Required skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of applied HR experience in various Corporate functions
- Expertise in employment laws and strong investigation experience
- Experience working and performing in a matrix driven environment
- Experience with Workday, Service Now, or other related HRIS and service support systems
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Programs
- Strong demonstrated organizational and communication skills with the ability to present to various audiences and Leadership levels
- Demonstrated ability to consult to various business Leaders and work across the organization
- This role is remote unless applicant selected lives near a Humana office.
If located near a Humana office, this role will be hybrid.

40Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
