The Lead Product Manager for Consumer Growth Artificial Intelligence conceives, develops, delivers, and manages AI products for the benefit of our customers enabling Humana to grow its Medicare Advantage business by building customer obsessed Machine Learning and Data Science programs.

This includes, but not limited to:

- Natural Language Processing and Generative AI to help Humana listen and talk to customers in a way that improves our sales and service experiences

- Econometrics to predict what our customers will want to buy in the future, ensuring we can provide the right products at the right time

- Competitive intelligence to understand our competitors, helping us make strategic decisions to stay ahead in the market

The Lead Product Manager Leads all phases of the AI product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 5 years of technical experience

  • Previous experience in AI product management

  • Highly collaborative, flexible, team-oriented working style

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision making on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior healthcare experience

  • Prior experience projecting and measuring ROI of AI products

Work-At-Home Requirements

  • This role is remote and open to location, with preference for candidate to work either Central or Eastern Time Zone hours.

  • Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.

  • Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
