As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in that growth, leading strategic, cross-functional initiatives that elevate the customer journey through world-class landing pages and digital experiences.
You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineers, designers, and product owners to deliver high-impact solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of Agile delivery, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable plans. As part of our Digital Project Management Team, you’ll help define and drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and delivery discipline across initiatives.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource allocations, and status reports for cross-functional teams.
- Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and milestone tracking using Agile methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels—including executives and steering committees—to ensure project alignment and visibility.
- Distill complex technical goals into structured, deliverable sprints and track progress against business outcomes.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, especially when faced with shifting priorities or tight deadlines.
- Facilitate focused team meetings with clear agendas and actionable outcomes.
- Continuously improve project management processes to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Drive accountability and foster collaboration across research, engineering, marketing and UX.
We are looking for people who:
- Has experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and understands their role in driving customer engagement.
- Is familiar with front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, React, and CMS tools like HubSpot CMS, an understanding of website conversion optimization is a plus.
- Communicates clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, simplifying complex topics with ease.
- Takes a data-informed approach to decision-making and forecasting.
- Excels at prioritization and time management.
- Brings a growth mindset: curious, always learning, and excited to improve what exists.
- Has a solid grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and can adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
- Can effectively usher team members and stakeholders through new processes or operating structures.
- Is a proactive self-starter who can identify challenges, define requirements, and implement solutions with minimal oversight.
- Excels at project management using tools like Asana, JIRA, and other collaboration platforms.
