HubSpot is seeking a Global Senior Marketing Manager to join our expanding in-house paid media team. This independent contributor role will involve planning, executing, and reporting on global brand paid media campaigns with the goal of increasing awareness, engagement, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on buying experience, a proactive attitude, and an analytical mindset, with direct experience in executing paid advertising campaigns.
In this role, you’ll:
- Collaborate with one (1) other Senior Paid Media Manager to plan, secure, optimize, and report on all self-serve ad campaigns (i.e. paid social, programmatic display, OTT, audio, etc.) in support of our brand advertising efforts.
- Develop and launch new campaigns across various ad platforms such as DV360, LinkedIn, OOH, and Audio.
- Traffic creatives and implement 3rd party tagging within our ad server, Google Campaign Manager.
- Conceptualize and execute paid advertising experiments for ad creative, audiences, landing pages, devices, placements, and more.
- Partner with account teams at Facebook, Google, and Quan Outdoor Agency to brainstorm and implement experiments, and stay informed on each channel’s best practices.
- Assist in budget management to ensure adherence to spend limits.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to develop new reports & dashboards.
- Research and stay ahead of emerging advertising trends within digital, audio, experiential, and other relevant channels.
We’re looking for people who have:
- Extensive experience media coordinating, planning, and buying experience.
- Hands-on experience working with ad platforms (Facebook, YouTube, DSPs, and LinkedIn).
- Advertising management strategy experience as we continue to partner with Performance (i.e. Direct Response) Media to create integrated campaigns
- Working knowledge of ad ops and ad trafficking.
- Comfort with ambiguity and being part of a growing team, as this is an independent contributor role.
- Experience juggling multiple company-wide goals and working with multiple teams / clients simultaneously.
- The ability to identify past successes and iterate, while also being comfortable ideating and implementing brand new ideas from scratch.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including Vlookups, Sumifs, and pivot tables.
Cash compensation range: 92000-138000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
