Our work depends on the Financial Systems Analyst joining our team to meet the IRS CFO payroll accounting objectives. To assure accurate and timely posting of payroll detail data to the accounting system of record (Integrated Financial System - IFS).
HOW A FINANCIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST SR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
To qualify, candidates must have familarity with IRS payroll accounting process/systems and 8+ years of experience in the following:
Leads advanced analysis and administration of financial systems and applications
Analyzes and provides solutions for document requirements and workflows
Performs gap analysis to highlight current and future client needs and best practices
Provides advanced solutions with systems process improvements to enhance the effectiveness, accuracy, and performance of financial systems
Performs advanced solutions for system upgrades and other implementations as needed
Leads development of training programs and communications/materials and provides system training to new and existing users
Leads advanced finance and accounting tasks as required
Performs technical business analysis functions for one or more applications
Performs application governance for one or more applications
Performs a lead role in Influencing client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction in financial systems
Leads/approves development of procedures for related responsibilities
Participates in special projects as required
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned
