GDIT is seeking Program Analysts who will obtain a Public Trust Clearance to work with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services - MTF. (CMS-MTF). As a Program Analyst you will be working on the CMS MTF Data Module to support the build of a web portal for CMS which will serve as a financial platform to support billing/invoicing/procurement mgmt./payment processing between drug manufacturers and drug distributers (pharmacies, etc.).
How A Program Analyst Will Make An Impact:
Leads the determination and classification of information technology inadequacies and/or deficiencies that affect the functional area’s ability to support/meet organizational goals.
Supports the development of functional area strategies for enhanced IT operations in a cross-functional area mode throughout the organization.
Provides work direction and guidance to other personnel; ensures accuracy of the work of other personnel, operates under deadlines, able to work on multiple tasks.
Participate in establishing and defining program requirements
Performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program
Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program
Participate in Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements
Perform business development activities
Here is What You Will Need To Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and 2-5 years related experience (depending on title of Analyst or Sr. Analyst) as a project team member
Must be a US Person (Green Card Holder/US Permanent Resident Alien, Refugee, Asylee, US Citizen and have resided in the United States for a minimum of 3 years.
Familiar with Agile values, principles, processes, and methods such as iterative and incremental development, continuous integration, test-driven development (TDD), unit testing, code refactoring, pair programming, and Scrum ceremonies
Experience working with customers in gathering requirements, modeling use cases, writing user stories and documenting business processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be effective at communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
Moderate knowledge of the JIRA tracking tool
Energetic, goal oriented, proactive, innovative, hardworking, and patient
Effective organizational skills
Proficiency in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and other related software applications
Preferred Requirements:
PMO related certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CSM, Six Sigma
