About the Role

The Tolling Installation Manager will oversee the installation of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) systems in a fast-paced environment. This role requires managing multiple teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards. The position involves construction management, technical coordination, and hands-on support for installation crews.

Responsibilities

As a Tolling Installation Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Oversee all aspects of ITS and tolling system installation projects, ensuring timely execution and compliance with project plans.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and installation crews.
• Provide hands-on support when needed, stepping in to assist teams during critical moments of the installation process.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure the project remains on schedule and aligned with planned milestones.
• Maintain communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues that arise during installation.
• Oversee the fast-paced installation process and ensure all teams are aligned and performing at their best.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will:

• 5+ years of prior experience in the tolling or transportation infrastructure industry.
• Experience overseeing ITS installation or similar technical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of ITS and ETC systems, with the ability to manage technical aspects of tolling installations.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors, internal crews, and coordinating multiple teams on construction projects.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to step in and assist teams during critical moments.
• Excellent organizational and management skills to oversee the construction process from start to finish.
• Familiarity with managing lane closures and traffic-related construction work is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to project needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $101,000.
