• Answer inbound calls regarding child support receipts and disbursements
• Handle standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize multiple computerized systems, multi-tasking, and document.
• Respond to inquiries, and complaints, and procedures.
• Gather information and research/resolve inquiries.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to meet the requirements of a background check.
• Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously.
• Good attendance/punctuality
• 2-3 years’ experience.
• Be familiar with telephone systems and window-based computers.
