Medical Information Services - Team Lead

About the Role:
As a Medical Information Services - Team Lead, you will oversee the operational management of specific programs, ensuring that client goals and objectives are met. You will be responsible for supervising support staff, maintaining high call quality, and driving performance while fostering a collaborative and high-achieving team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing program operations to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Monitoring and coaching team members to uphold high call quality and service standards.
- Conducting internal monitoring sessions and performance evaluations.
- Staffing programs efficiently to optimize team performance and client satisfaction.
- Training new and existing representatives to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Handling escalated calls and addressing representative concerns.
- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting on program statistics and performance metrics.
- Collaborating with IT and facilities teams as needed.
- Enforcing company policies and fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Handling calls, emails, and chats as needed to support program operations.
Requirements:
- Possess telemarketing management experience.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively in English & French Canadian (both written and spoken).
- Provide experience in medical information services or healthcare customer support.
- Exhibit strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Hold a certificate or degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Human/Veterinary Medicine, or related fields.
