Job Role & Responsibilities

  • What are the primary responsibilities of this role?
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of HR related queries.
  • Process service requests and inquiries submitted through the HR case management ticketing system
  • Act as the escalation point of contact within the HR Service Center addressing complex inquiries and service requests.
  • Manage HR reports ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Process mass HR system updates
  • Draft and distribute mass email advisories and communications to employees and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with HR Business rules, policies and procedures
  • Manage the HR Filing and sorting of personnel files for Jamaica, US and Canada
    Proficiency in Case Management systems and ticketing tools
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Outlook and Word for reporting and communication
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to Details and Quality
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR Service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional HR Services by resolving escalations promptly and effectively
  • Providing HR Services at great quality and efficiency

Skills & Qualifications

  • What are the must-have qualifications (education, certifications, experience)?
  • 2-3 years in Service Delivery or Call Center Operations
