We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to help manage our clinical network, collaborate with our Operational, People, and Clinical teams, and drive performance improvements. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Network Operations, you will play a key role in optimizing the efficiency and performance of our clinical network. Success in this role means ensuring our clinicians are well-supported, meeting performance metrics, and contributing to the overall growth of Brightside Health through effective data analysis and process improvements.

What you’ll be doing as Practice Manager:

• Support the day-to-day operations of the clinical network, ensuring efficient scheduling, staffing, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Partner with the People team and Clinical leadership to coach and provide feedback to clinicians to improve performance and service delivery
• Build and maintain relationships across the clinical network and broader operations team
• Analyze key metrics and performance data to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate on process improvements to enhance clinical workflows and service delivery.
• Partner with the marketing team to support outgoing provider communications and messaging
• Support a collaborative network culture through technology, programming, and communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, nursing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+years of experience in healthcare management, clinical operations, or a similar role.
• Experience in digital health or mental health services is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A genuine interest in people and enjoyment of building relationships
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• This role is 100% remote, with limited travel
